Requirements for Any Position

All applicants must:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent competencies shown. Proof of education will need to be provided when you apply/interview.
  • Provide DMV documentation/driving record for the previous 10 years. This is required even if you have not been driving for 10 years and must be provided when you apply/interview. You can obtain a copy of your certified driver record online from the SC DMV.

Babcock Center receives a large number of applicants; therefore, we are unable to update you on the status of your application via email or phone. Your application will be reviewed and if you meet our qualifications you will be called for an interview.

* All new hires are required to attend in-person Pre-Service Orientation classes at our West Columbia location. Currently these mandatory classes take place over a 7-business day period, 9am – 5pm. You will need to make arrangements to attend all classes to accept a position with Babcock Center.
